The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to ProgrammeMaster Limited.

Please read them carefully before making an online payment. By using the online payments facility on this web site you accept these terms;

Your payment will take a minimum of 2 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. You should take this into account when making your payment.

All payments will be processed on the information that you provide. We cannot accept liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any other reason outside of our control. You will be given an opportunity to review the data that you have entered before submitting it for processing. You should take care to click the 'buy' button once only as clicking 'buy' more than once before receiving confirmation may result in a second charge being made to your account.

We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for whatever reason.

If your credit/debit card supplier declines payment, we are not advised of the reason and you should check with your bank or credit/debit card supplier to make sure that payment has not been deducted from your account.

E-Programmes/Magazines

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with the following provision: you can view the digital programme or magazine on any computer anywhere but may not allow others to access the digital programme or magazine using your account login details.

Confirmation of payment

Confirmation of your payment will be made via email if you supply a valid email address. An option is provided to print the screen details confirming that your payment has been made.

Delivery

If your order is accepted by ProgrammeMaster Limited we will dispatch your order within 7 working days after a game has been played. Your credit/debit card will be debited on receipt of your order.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered. Notice of cancellation must be in writing by post, e-mail or fax to ProgrammeMaster Limited, 1st Floor, Mermaid House, 2 Puddle Dock, London EC4V 3DS orders@programmemaster.com , Fax : 0207 332 2007 giving full order details.

Should you wish to return goods you must do so at your own expense and the goods must be in new and unused, mint condition. You must return them by recorded delivery with adequate packing within 7working days of receipt so that ProgrammeMaster Limited can credit you with the total amount of your order. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt ProgrammeMaster will credit your credit/debit card (or otherwise refund) the total amount of your order.
